30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
