Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
